Robin Bigaj, LMT

Availability:

Wednesday & Fridays

Robin grew up in the forests and meadows of rural New Hampshire and has been inspired throughout her life by the beauty and healing power of the natural world. She is a dancer, artist, and lover and found bodywork on her journey to find the ways us humans can find nourishment
through connection with our inner selves and the world around us.
Robin has a passion for spreading the power of therapeutic touch to awaken the body’s innate ability to heal itself. She draws on her training at the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy and Tul’ix Indigenous Arts (formerly the Arvigo Institute) to combine techniques of Swedish massage, Maya abdominal therapy, deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, and more to curate individualized sessions that meet the unique needs of each client and speak to the body
as a whole being.

Alison Alvarez, LMT

Availability:

Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday

Alison's initial inspiration for practicing massage therapy can be encapsulated by the quote: “If you listen to your body when it whispers, you won’t have to hear it scream.” Having experienced firsthand how stress can manifest as illness, she understands the toll it can take on both the body and mind. This personal journey led her to a path where she could help others mitigate the effects of stress that once weighed heavily on her own life.
As a licensed massage therapist, Alison offers a unique blend of Swedish, deep tissue, and orthopedic massage techniques, enhanced by Asian modalities such as Thai massage and Shiatsu. Her approach is holistic, aiming to address not just physical discomfort but also the underlying stress and tension that contribute to it. She believes that massage can foster a profound sense of peace and meaning within stillness, allowing for a deeper connection to oneself. By expanding the nervous system's capacity, massage enhances resilience and provides a greater ability to cope with the demands of modern life. This resilience allows individuals to move through the hustle and bustle with more ease and to be more receptive to the body’s innate capacity for healing. Alison’s goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can truly relax and heal. She aims to help them find balance, release tension, and cultivate a sense of tranquility that stays with them long after the session ends. Whether dealing with chronic pain, stress, or simply seeking a moment of peace in a busy life, Alison is dedicated to helping others on their journey to better health and well-being.

Ana Beatriz, LMT

Availability:

Tuesday, Saturday, & Sunday

Ana is a Latin-American born graduate from Colorado School of Healing Arts, specializing in Neuromuscular and Myofascial Release with focus on therapeutic recovery from injuries, surgeries, and athletic maintenance. Growing up a dancer and adventurer, Ana has felt that movement truly is medicine. Movement is a form of self expression, an art of being in the present moment, fully immersed in the experience of being alive. Ana strives to help others feel the same, to move their bodies with confidence and free from pain. Trauma is held deep in the cells of the body, and to move through it is a form of healing. Ana considers herself simply a guide to the healers that are already present within each body. Ana offers Traditional Thai Medicine, which focuses on full body and soul alignment by incorporating meditative breath-work and deep stretching techniques. Ana also includes Trauma Touch Therapy techniques, which is a somatic modality inviting the mind and soul to become present within the body, acknowledging the trauma as simply part of the experience and surrendering to what shows up. Ana is currently attending college for Ayurveda Integrative Medicine, which integrates natural therapies such as herbal supplements, nutrition, meditation, manual therapy, cognitive brain development and life coaching.
